Cumpleaños con The Cutting Cafe

Este archivo es un nuevo diseño de Regina Easter y, en cuanto lo vi, me atrajo porque me parece muy interesante para tarjetas de cumpleaños a la vez que se sale de las típicas felicitaciones. Se llama Paper Lace Templates. 

This file is a new design by Regina Easter and, as soon as I saw it, it attracted me because it seems very interesting for birthday cards while leaving the typical congratulations. It's called Paper Lace Templates.

Es un archivo que tiene conjuntos de números y de letras, tanto para cortar como para imprimir. En esta tarjeta he usado la versión imprimible. El fondo rayado también está en el set al igual que el sentimiento que me encantó: "La edad es solo un número".

It is a file that has sets of numbers and letters, both for cutting and printing. On this card I used the printable version. The striped background is also on the set as is the feeling that I loved.

Imprimí el bloque de número en acetato especial para impresoras y después le apliqué foil en caliente con la mini Minc. En cada foto se puede apreciar el efecto de los brillos dependiendo de cómo le dé la luz. Para terminar la tarjeta solo me quedaba pegar el acetato sobre la cartulina rayada y ésta sobre la base de la tarjeta que escogí del mismo color que el foil. El sentimiento está troquelado, como se ve,  con un punch festoneado.

I printed the number block in special acetate for printers and then I applied hot foil with the mini Minc. In each photo you can see the effect of the brightness depending on how the light gives it. To finish the card I only had to paste the acetate on the striped card and this on the base of the card that I chose the same color as the foil. The feeling is die cutting, as seen, with a scalloped punch.

Y aquí os traigo otro ejemplo. En este caso, pidiendo permiso a Regina, traduje el mensaje al español porque estas tarjetas van a ir a los pequeños y jóvenes ingresados en un hospital. Los mayores saben inglés, pero quizá no los niños.

Aquí el bloque de número está cortado con la Cameo en cartulina. Además le añadí esta rana tan simpática de Joy Clair que tenía preparada para nuestra colaboración de abril y que está estampada en papel vegetal.

And here I bring you another example. In this case, asking Regina for permission, I translated the message into Spanish because these cards go to children and young admitted to a hospital. The teenagers know English, but maybe not children.

Here, the number block is cut with the Cameo on cardboard. In addition I added this so nice frog Joy Clair that I had prepared for our collaboration in April and is stamped on velum.
