¡Bienvenidas a mi blog! Hoy vengo con mi inspiración para el reto de marzo de Splashymix Challenge para el que he preparado una página de mi Art Journal.
Welcome to my blog! Today I come with my inspiration for the March Splashymix Challenge for which I have prepared a page from my Art Journal.
Para realizar esta página he utilizado pintura acrílica de base sobre gesso. He ido combinando varios tonos de verde y de rosa hasta quedar satisfecha.
A continuación he utilizado dos stencils para poner unas palabras en la parte de arriba y una especie de plumas abajo con pasta de relieve gruesa.
Una vez que estuvo seca también lo coloreé con pintura acrílica y con toques de cera metálica dorada.
Después utilicé brushos para dar más viveza a los colores.
También añadí unas tiras de washitape verde con topos blancos.
To make this page, I used acrylic base paint on gesso. I went combining various shades of green and pink until I was satisfied.
Next, he used two stencils to put a few words on top and a kind of feathers below with thick relief paste.
Once it was dry I also colored it with acrylic paint and with touches of golden metallic wax. Then I used brushos to get brighter colors. Also I added some stripes of green washitape.
A todo alrededor estampé con Stazon un sello de borde del set Aztec Background de JoyClair que están ahora mismo en oferta, para rodear todo el borde de la página. Además añadí otras formas del mismo set en distintas partes del interior.
All around I stamped with an edge stamp from JoyClair's Aztec Background set that is on sale right now, to surround the entire edge of the page. I also added other shapes from the same set in different parts of the interior.
Para finalizar mi página de Art Journal estampé sobre papel vegetal este sello del árbol Whimsy Tree de Crackerbox&SuzyStamps que me inspiró una de las imágenes del moodboard.
To end my Art Journal page, I stamped on vegetable paper this Whimsy Tree stamp from Crackerbox&SuzyStamps that inspired one of the moodboard images.
El mensaje Feathers&Angels también de Crackerbox&SuzyStamps está igualmente estampado sobre papel vegetal. Su significado me ha gustado mucho y me pareció apropiado para ir con el stencil: "Las plumas son un recordatorio de que los ángeles están siempre cerca". Cuando acabé de pegar todo, añadí las flores rosas.
The Feathers&Angels sentiment also from Crackerbox&SuzyStamps is also stamped on vegetable paper. I really liked its meaning and I think it is necessary to go with the stencil. When I finished gluing everything, I added the pink flowers.
