Sindrome de Turner - It's a girl thing

Today I bring a different participation because I am collaborating to spread Turner Syndrome along with the blog It's a girl thing, participating in a blog hop, where Crackerbox & SuzyStamps is one of the sponsors.
Turner syndrome is a "rare" disease that affects 1 in 2,000 or 2,500 girls. The signs and symptoms may be subtle, with a slow development over time, hormonal alterations, increased risk of breast cancer or heart defects, among many others. Regular checks and proper medical care can help most girls and women live healthy and independent lives (Source: Mayo Clinic). You have more information by clicking HERE.

For this occasion, I made a card following this color inspiration board:

My card has, of course, a butterfly that is the symbol of the "Turner Girls". This beautiful Fancy Butterfly from Crackerbox & SuzyStamps is the protagonist, stamped with Kaleidoscope inks and glued with double-sided foam tape on the bottom decorated with gelatos and washitapes. The feeling of It's a girl thing blog is stamped on cardboard and glued to a piece of rice paper.

But I still wanted to create another card with one of the images of the inspiration board. This has a touch of mixedmedia with several layers: gesso, wings punched in newspaper, stencil and the Heart Sassy Squiggle stamp also from Crackerbox & SuzyStamps.

To continue jumping in the blog hop, I leave the link to the MAIN BLOG where you will find all the details. Thank you very much for participating and collaborating to spread with Turner Syndrome.

¡Hasta pronto!
See you soon!
