Joy Clair: tarjeta CAS

¡Feliz sábado para todas! Hoy os estoy compartiendo una tarjeta CAS utilizando Spring Rose Digital Stamps, uno de los últimos sellos digitales de Joy Clair Designs. Este set está compuesto por dos grandes flores, con muchos detalles que pueden ser combinadas entre sí o usadas independientemente. En esta ocasión he utilizado una de ellas, la que está cerrada, porque la otra la utilicé en otra tarjeta con foil hace unas semanas.

Happy Saturday everyone! Today I'm sharing with you this CAS card using Spring Rose Digital Stamps from  Joy Clair Designs. This stamp set features two big flowers full of details that can be combined, duplicated or used alone. In this case, I chose one of them. The other I have used in previous weeks.

Lo primero de todo fue imprimir la imagen de Spring Rose Digital Stamps sobre white smooth cardstock. Después de esto, la preparé en mi Silhouette Cameo y la envié para recortar con un pequeño borde. Después de colorearla con rotuladores de alcohol Copics, la dejé a un lado para continuar.

First of all, I printed the image from Spring Rose Digital Stamps onto white smooth cardstock. After this, I prepared it on my Silhouette Cameo and sent it trimmed with a small border. After coloring it with Copics alcohol markers, I set it aside for a while.

Para crear mi tarjeta de hoy he usado un trozo de papel de acuarela blanco como fondo. Hice algo así como una mancha utilizando varios fondos de acuarela en una de las esquinas donde más adelante colocaré la imagen de la flor.

Una vez que la cartulina de acuarela estuvo seca, pegué la flor con Crafty Foam Tape White para resaltarla en la composición de mi tarjeta CAS.

To create my today's card I have used a piece of watercolor white paper as background. I did something like a stain with several watercolors looking for a corner where to place the image of Spring Rose Digital Stamps afterwards.
Once the watercolor was dry, I glued the rose with Crafty Foam Tape White to highlight it in the composition of my CAS card.

Después pegué el mensaje que pertenece al set Funny Times Digital Stamps también dentro de la colección A Ray of Sunshine.
El toque final fue añadir dos trozos de un washi tape muy estrecho que compré hace poco y que me encanta por su sencillez. 

Next I pasted the sentiment that belongs to Funny Times Digital Stamps to inside the A Ray of Sunshine collection.
The final touch was adding two narrow strips of a washi tape that I just bought and that I really like.

Tarjeta con foil

¡Hola a todas mis amigas escraperas! Hoy os presento mi última tarjeta hecha con las hojas y el mensaje "You've got style" de los sellos digitales Modern Duets-Bundle I de Joy Clair Designs. 
Si recuerdas, hace unas semanas hice una tarjeta usando como fondo el negativo de la hoja de foil que obtuve después de pasar por la laminadora Mini Minc las hojas de los sellos digitales Modern Duets-Bundle I . Os enseño las dos tarjetas, la nueva y la anterior.

Hello to all my crafty friends! It's Maria Pilar here. Today I am featuring this last card made with the leaves and the sentiment "You've got style!" of  Modern Duets-Bundle I  digital stamp from Joy Clair Designs. 
If you remember, a few weeks ago I made a card using as a background the negative of the foil sheet that I had after passing through the Mini Minc laminator the leaves of Modern Duets-Bundle I  digital stamp. You can see both cards: the new one and the previous.

Para esta ocasión elegí una cartulina negra como base. Sobre ella, pegué una cartulina troquelada con un troquel de sellos de correos. La cartulina es White Smooth Card Stock y la pegué con E-Z Runner Permanent Strips.
El siguiente paso fue distribuir las hojas con foil para hacer un marco al mensaje que me pareció perfecto para el diseño de esta tarjeta. Previamente añadí Crafty foam tape white debajo del troquel donde va el mensaje y así poder ir viendo qué composición me gustaba más.

For this occasion, I have selected a black card stock as the base for my card. On top of it, I used a die cut postage stamp using White Smooth Card Stock pasted with E-Z Runner Permanent Strips.
The next step was to distribute the foiled leaves to make a frame for the "You've got style" sentiment. I found it perfect for today's card design. I previously added Crafty foam tape white below the die-cut with the sentiment to be able to see what the composition of leaves I liked the most.

Una vez que lo tuve decidido, solamente tenía que pegar el mensaje "You've got style" al troquel más grande. Además pegué algunas de las hojas con una gota de Dual Tip Glue Pen para que no se doblaran.
Para finalizar mi tarjeta añadí algunos enamel dots Eucalyptus Clear que también puedes encontrar en la tienda de Joy Clair.

Once I had decided, I just had to paste the sentiment "You've got style" to the larger die. I glued some of the leaves with a few drops of Dual Tip Glue Pen to make them more fixed.
To finalize my card, I have added some Eucalyptus Clear Enamel Dots that you can also find in Joy Clair's store.

Como ves, con las mismas imágenes he podido hacer dos tarjetas diferentes. ¿Te ha gustado? Espero que sí.

Tarjeta floral con fondo embosado

¡Feliz sábado y bienvenidas de nuevo! Hoy vengo a compartiros esta tarjeta floral con un fondo embosado. La imagen pertenece a You Make Me Proud Digital Stamps de Joy Clair Designs.  Y además hoy es un día especial porque es el cumpleaños de Martha, la dueña.

Happy Saturday and welcome crafty friends! Maria Pilar here sharing with you this greeting floral card using You Make Me Proud Digital Stamps from  Joy Clair Designs. And today is a very special day because it is the birthday of Martha, the owner.


You Make Me Proud Digital Stamps  está compuesto por tres ramos de flores y 4 mensajes. Sé que a Martha le encantan las flores y por eso escogí este ramo para mi tarjeta de hoy.
Para crear mi tarjeta he utilizado un fondo embosado sobre white smooth cardstock.  Para colorearlo, apliqué tinta en la carpeta de embosando antes de pasarla por la BigShot. De esta manera, el color se transfiere a la cartulina a la vez que se embosa. Lo dejo aparte un rato para continuar con otra cosa.

You Make Me Proud Digital Stamps features three big branch of flowers and 4 sentiments. I know that Martha loves flowers and that is why I have chosen this bouquet for my card today.
To create my card I have used an embossed background onto white smooth cardstock. To color it, I applied ink on the folder before running it through the Big Shot. In this way the color is transferred to the cardboard at the same time as it is embossed. I put it aside for a while.

El siguiente paso fue imprimir este ramo de flores y el mensaje sobre white smooth cardstock. Después coloré las flores con rotuladores Copics y corté la imagen con un troquel ovado rodeado de un falso cosido.
Y ahora llegó el momento de pegar todos los elementos de esta tarjeta floral. Para crear dimensión, utilicé Crafty Foam Tape White para pegar el fondo embosado, el ramo de flores y el mensaje.
 
The second step was to print this branch of flowers and the sentiment also onto white smooth cardstock. Then I colored the flowers with Copics markers and cut them out with an oval die cut with false stitching.
It was time to glue all the elements of this greeting floral card and, to create dimension, I used Crafty Foam Tape White to pasted the embossed background and the bouquet of flowers and the sentiment.

Además de esta tarjeta, hice otra de cumpleaños para felicitar a Martha utilizando Make a Wish Digital Set. El fondo lo hice cortando tiras de cartulina de varios colores y en los que utilicé tintas distress.

Fondo creado con foil

¡Hola a todas y bienvenidas! Quiero compartir con todas una nueva card con un fondo realizado con foil usando el nuevo sello digital de Joy Clair Designs called Modern Duets-Bundle I 
Cuando estaba pensando en hacer esta tarjeta, tenía varias ideas en mi cabeza. Sin embargo, después de aplicar foil a las hojas del set Modern Duets-Bundle I  con la mini Minc, decidí que iba a usar el negativo de la hoja de foil como fondo para esta tarjeta. Así que, la pegué a un trozo de cartulina White Smooth Card Stock con E-Z Runner Permanent Strips.

Hello and welcome! I want to share with you a new card with a foiled background using the new digital stamps from Joy Clair Designs called Modern Duets-Bundle I 
When creating my card for today's post, I had several ideas in mind. However, after applying foil to the leaves of the Modern Duets-Bundle I digital stamps with the Mini Minc, I decided to use the negative of the foil sheet as the background for this card. So, I pasted it onto a piece of White Smooth Card Stock with E-Z Runner Permanent Strips.


Después imprimí y corté con mi Silhouette Cameo una de las rosas del set Spring Rose Digital Stamps.
Para hacer la composición de mi tarjeta, utilicé un troquel cuadrado con falso cosido y lo pegué en el centro con 3D Foam Squares White Mix. Esto me va a servir como marco para la rosa que coloqué encima poniendo dos capas de cinta foam de doble cara Crafty foam tape white y alguna hoja más impresa.

Next I printed and cut out with my Silhouette cameo one of the roses from the Spring Rose Digital Stamps set.
To make the composition of my card, I used a square die cut with false stitching pasted with 3D Foam Squares White Mix. It will serve as a frame to the rose that I placed on top by putting two layers of  Crafty foam tape white and more printed sheets.

Para finalizar pegué el mensaje, que pertenece al set Modern Duets-Bundle I, también con Crafty foam tape white para mantener la dimensión de todos los elementos sobre el fondo de foil.  

To finish I pasted the sentiment, that belongs to Modern Duets-Bundle I, also with Crafty foam tape white to keep the dimension of all the elements on the foiled background.

Ya tengo mi tarjeta terminada. Tal y como la he hecho, he conseguido una buena cantidad de hojas con foil preparadas para formar parte del diseño de otra tarjeta, que no creo que tarde mucho en salir del horno.

I already have my card finished. Also, I've gotten a bunch of foil leaves ready for another card that won't take long to create.

¡Tú eres lo mejor!

¡Hola a todos! Hoy os presento mi nueva tarjeta para Joy Clair Designs utilizando los nuevos Funny Times Digital Stamps. De todos los elementos que contiene este set, me pareció más oportuno unir el mensaje "Tú eres lo mejor" (You are simply the best!) con la dulce gatita. Si te has dado cuenta, también hay flores en este set.

Hello and welcome! Maria Pilar here sharing with you my new card with Funny Times Digital Stamps from  Joy Clair Designs. Of all the elements that features this set, it seemed the most appropriate to add the sentiment You are simply the best! to this sweet kitten. Have you noticed that there are also flowers in this set?


Funny Times Digital Stamps viene con la bonita gatita, un globo aerostático y cuatro mensajes para cualquier ocasión. ¡Me encantan estas dos imágenes!
En primer lugar cambié el tamaño de la imagen del gato con el corazón y lo imprimí junto con el mensaje sobre cartulina white smooth cardstock. Después lo corté con mi Silhouette Cameo antes de colorearlo con mis rotuladores Spectrum Noir. Lo dejé a un lado mientras preparaba el resto.

Funny Times Digital Stamps features this cute kitty, one hot air balloon and four sentiments for any occasion. I absolutely in love with these images.
First of all, I resized the cat with a big heart and printed it with the sentiment onto white smooth cardstock. Then I cut out it with my Silhouette Cameo before coloring it with my Spectrum Noir markers. I put it aside for a while.

Si os habéis dado cuenta, normalmente hago tarjetas con una cartulina blanca como base. Después añado color en las siguientes capas, en los fondos y en las imágenes con tintas y rotuladores. Siguiendo este patrón, para crear mi tarjeta usé de nuevo un trozo de cartulina white smooth cardstock, distresando los bordes, para pegar encima un trozo de papel fotográfico embosado y un papel decorado de mi fondo de armario escrapero con el adhesivo E-Z Runner Permanent Strips. Añadí una cinta roja para unir ambas partes.
Para finalizar la tarjeta, pegué la imagen de la gatita y el mensaje con cinta foam de doble cara Crafty Foam Tape White para darle dimensión a mi tarjeta, que es otra cosa que me gusta hacer con frecuencia.

I usually make cards with a white base and then add color to the backgrounds and images with inks and markers. Following this pattern, to create my card I used again white smooth cardstock as a base distressing the borders. After that, I pasted a piece of embossed photographic paper with dots and a decorated paper from my stash joined by a red ribbon with E-Z Runner Permanent Strips.
To finalize the card, I pasted the cute kitty and the sentiment using Crafty Foam Tape White to obtain more dimension.

Tarjeta CAS con foil

¡Hola a todos y bienvenid@s! Hoy quiero compartir con vosotras esta tarjeta CAS con foil usando los nuevos sellos digitales de Joy Clair Designs denominados Modern Duets-Bundle I. 
Me encanta utilizar foil en mis tarjetas y el set Modern Duets-Bundle I es perfecto porque contiene 8 flores diferentes en sólido y con líneas, además de 2 clases de hojas y 4 mensajes.
Para creatar esta tarjeta CAS escogó una de las flores en sus dos versiones para aplicarles foil y apreciar el contraste entre las dos.
En primer lugar realicé el diseño en Word colocando en vertical las flores sólidas. Además añadí en el documento algunas más y el mensaje para imprimir todo sobre cartulina White Smooth Card Stock.  Así tengo material disponible para futuros proyectos.

Hello and welcome! It's Maria Pilar here. I want to share with you this CAS card with foiling using this new digital stamps from Joy Clair Designs called Modern Duets-Bundle I. 
I love using foil on my cards and the Modern Duets-Bundle I set is perfect because it contains 8 different lines and solid flowers, plus 2 types of leaves and 4 sentiments. 
To create this CAS card I used one of the flowers in both versions to apply foil to them and appreciate the contrast of the two in the design.
First, I made the design in Word by placing the solid flowers vertically. I also add a few more and different flowers in the document and the sentiment to print everything on White Smooth Card Stock. So I will have them available for future projects.

A continuación utilicé la laminadora Minc para adherir foil naranja al diseño. También decidí añadir una de las flores de líneas para aplicarle foil azul. Esta última la pegué sobre la flor sólida central con 3D Foam Squares Black Mix colocándola de tal manera que se pudiera ver la flor de debajo que va con otro color de foil.

Next, I passed my composition through my Minc laminator along with orange foil. I decided to add another lineal flower and adhere blue foil on it. I glued this last one over the central solid flower with 3D Foam Squares Black Mix, letting the one below show through.

El último paso para finalizar mi tarjeta CAS con foil fue pegar la cartulina de las imágenes sobre una de color naranja, troquelando una de las esquinas de las dos capas. Y, a continuación, pegarlas sobre la cartulina blanca de base con E-Z Runner Permanent Strips.
Solo me faltaba pegar el mensaje con 3D Foam Squares Black Mix y añadir algunos Fussy Peach Clear enamel dots aquí y allá.
Y esto es todo. Y está terminada mi última tarjeta CAS con foil. Espero que te guste este nuevo set de Joy Clair Designs.

The last step to finish my CAS card with foiling was to glue the card stock with the images onto an orange card by diy cutting one of the corners of both layers. And then on the cardboard at the white base card using E-Z Runner Permanent Strips.
I just needed to paste the sentiment with 3D Foam Squares Black Mix and add some Fussy Peach Clear enamel dots here and there.
And that's all. I have already finished my last CAS card with foiling. I hope you like this new release from Joy Clair Designs

Spring Rose con mixed media

¡Hola a todos, amigos! Hoy vengo a compartir con vosotros esta tarjeta mixed media usando los sellos digitales Spring Rose, un set de "A Ray of Sunshine", el nuevo lanzamiento de Joy Clair Designs.
Me encanta los nuevos sellos y especialmente este que estoy utilizando porque es uno de mis favoritos. El set contiene 2 rosas y 4 mensajes que tocan el corazón, al menos el mío.
Mi tarjeta tiene un fondo mixed media hecho con tintas Dylussions en spray sobre una cartulina donde había practicado la técnica de ecoprint. Se puede apreciar la amapola que utilicé para esta prueba. También, con la ayuda de un rollo de cartón, hice unos círculos con pintura acrílica rosa. Aparte esto por un rato mientras se secaba.

Hello stamping friends! Maria Pilar here sharing with you this mixed media card using Spring Rose digital stamps, one of the new release "A Ray of Sunshine" from Joy Clair Designs. 
I am completely in love with the new digital stamps and Spring Rose is one of my favorites. The set contains 2 roses and 4 sentiments that touch the heart.
My card has a mixed media background made with spray Dylussions inks on a cardboard where I had practiced with the ecoprint technique. You can appreciate the poppy that I put in this test. Also, with the help of a cardboard roll and pink acrylic paint, I made some circles, as you can see in the background. I set this aside for a while to dry completely.

Por otro lado, imprimí esta preciosa rosa sobre cartulina White Smooth Card Stock y la pasé por la Minc para aplicarle foil rojo. Después de esto, coloreé la imagen usando solamente un rotulador rojo y otro rosa ambos de Spectrum Noir.

On the other hand, I printed this beautiful rose onto White Smooth Card Stock and ran it through the Minc laminator to apply red foil. After this, I colored it in using a red and a pink Spectrum Noir markers.


Para crear la tarjeta, pegué el fondo mixed media sobre la cartulina base de mi tarjeta con Crafty Foam Tape White y después la imagen y el mensaje de Spring Rose con 3D Foam Squares. Como has podido ver en todas las fotos, el foil produce un efecto muy bonito en el sello dependiendo de por dónde le entre la luz y el hecho de haber pegado la imagen con cinta 3D hace que todo resalte mucho.

To create the card, I pasted the background on the base cardboard with Crafty Foam Tape White and then with 3D Foam Squares also the image of Spring Rose digital stamps along with the sentiment. As you can see in all the photos, the foil produces a very nice effect on the stamp depending on where the light enters it and the fact of having pasted the image with 3D tape makes everything stand out a lot.

Como sabes, los sellos digitales son muy fáciles para trabajar con ellos y hacer bonitas tarjetas. Solamente tienes que poner el tamaño que desees utilizando Word, o cualquier otro programa, e imprimirlos. ¡Así de fácil!

Sellos digitales sobre fondo embosado

¡Hola a todas! Hoy vengo a compartir con vosotras mi nueva tarjeta con Floral Catcher,  uno de mis sellos digitales favoritos de Joy Clair Designs, con un fondo en relieve para resaltar la imagen.
Me gustan los atrapasueños desde hace mucho tiempo y me encantan las flores. Por eso, Floral Catcher s perfecto para disfrutar de la coloración. También estoy aprovechando todo mi fondo de armario de manualidades y por eso he elegido ese fondo en relieve con el sello digital.
En primer lugar, cambié el tamaño del sello digital y lo imprimí en White Smooth Card Stock y lo recorté con mi Silhouette Cameo. Luego comencé a colorearlo con rotuladores de alcohol Copics, eligiendo los colores que me inspiraron en ese momento. Lo dejé aparte para continuar con la tarjeta.
Después de eso, busqué en mi material un fondo en relieve que me gustara para este Floral Catcher.  Hace tiempo utilicé mis carpetas de embosado para tenerlos disponibles en futuros proyectos. Ahora, debido a problemas de salud, no tengo la fuerza para usar mi Bigshot con frecuencia y me vienen perfectos.

Hello crafty friends! Maria Pilar here sharing with you my new card with Floral Catcher, one of my favorites digital stamps from Joy Clair Designs, with an embossed background to highlight the image. 
I've been into dream catchers for a long time and I love flowers. So, Floral Catcher is perfect to enjoy coloring. I am also taking advantage of all my stash and that is why I have chosen that embossed background with the digital stamp.
First of all I resized the digital stamp and I printed it on White Smooth Card Stock and cut it out with my Silhouette Cameo. Then I began to color it with Copics alcohol markers, choosing the colors that inspired me at the time. I put it aside for a while.
After that, I looked in my stash for an embossed background that I would like for this Floral Catcher. There was a time when I used my embossing folder with card stock for future projects. Now due to health problems, I don't have the strength to use my Bigshot frequently.

Para crear mi tarjeta, pegué el fondo en relieve en la tarjeta base con las tiras permanentes E-Z Runner Permanent Strips.  Así que tomé la imagen de la imagen de Floral Catcher y la coloqué en el fondo en relieve de varias maneras hasta que me decidí por una de ellas. Lo pegué en la tarjeta base usando Crafty Foam Tape White para obtener dimensión y resaltarlo.

To create my card, I pasted the embossed background on the base card with E-Z Runner Permanent Strips. So I took the image of the Floral Catcher's image and placed it on the embossed background in various ways until I decided on one of them. I pasted it on the base card using Crafty Foam Tape White to obtain dimension and highlight it.

Para finalizar, imprimí el mensaje en un papel vegetal que también pegué con Crafty Foam Tape White. El toque final lo dan los enamels rosa.
Me encanta trabajar con sellos digitales porque puedo cambiar su tamaño dependiendo de la tarjeta que quiero hacer.

Finally, I printed the sentiment on a vegetable paper that I also pasted with Crafty Foam Tape White.
The final touch is provided by the pink enamel dots.
I love working with digital stamps because I can resize them depending on the card I want to make.

My succulents digital stamps con foil

¡Buenos días a todos! Hoy comparto esta tarjeta slimline en la que he aplicado foil a las imágenes de My Succulents digital stamps de Joy Clair Designs.
Espero que ya estéis disfrutando de los primeros signos de la primavera. Por esto mismo he utilizado unos colores alegres para mi tarjeta de hoy.
Sobre una cartulina blanca White Smooth Card Stock  apliqué tintas Dylussions en spray amarillo, verde y morado para hacer el fondo. Cuando estuvo seco, utilicé el troquel con el Delighted Lace Rectangle Slimline Dies, y la pegué a otra cartulina blanca. La dejé aparte de momento.
Ahora llega el momento de tratar las imágenes de My Succulents con Word para ajustar el tamaño que necesito antes de imprimirlas y cortarlas con la Silhouette Cameo. A continuación apliqué foil holográfico con la Minc solamente a las plantas. Después de este paso, coloreé todo con rotuladores Spectrum Noir, incluido el tiesto que había recortado con tijeras.

Good morning crafty friends! Maria Pilar here today to share this slimline card foiling My Succulents digital stamps from  Joy Clair Designs.
I hope you are all enjoying the first signs of spring. This is why I have used very vibrant colors on my card for today.
On a sheet of  White Smooth Card Stock I applied some yellow, green and purple Dylusions inks to make the background. When it was dry I used the Delighted Lace Rectangle Slimline Dies, glued it to another white card and set it aside for a while.
I used Word to resized the images from the My Succulents that I have used and printed them before cropping them with my Silhouette Cameo. Then I applied holographic foil with the Minc only to the plants. After this step, I colored them with Spectrum Noir alcohol markers just like the pot that I had cut out with scissors.

Para finalizar mi tarjeta, pegué todos los elementos con Crafty foam tape y el tiesto, además, con E-Z Runner Permanent Strips en los extremos para darle un aspecto redondeado y con dimensión. Encima pegué el mensaje que estaba impreso en velum y que pertenece al set Floral Catcher Digital Stamp.
El toque final lo di añadiendo los enamel dots que pegué en la parte superior de la tarjeta.

To finish my card, I glued all the elements with Crafty foam tape and the pot also with E-Z Runner Permanent Strips on the edges to give it a rounded shape and dimension. On top I pasted the sentiment printed on velum that belongs to the Floral Catcher Digital Stamp set.
The very final touch is given by the enamel dots that I pasted on the top of this card.

Tarjeta con sellos y troqueles

¡Bienvenidos y feliz día!
Hoy os presento mi tarjeta con el moodboard de abril para Splashymix Challenge donde puedes visitar las reglas para participar en el reto.

Welcome and happy week to everybody! I'm sharing with you my card with March moodboard for Splashymix Challenge where you can visit the rules to participate in the challenge.

Utilicé un troquel de rejilla en color beige, sin quitar el relleno de algunas celdas, para pegarlo sobre la base de mi tarjeta de cartulina blanca White Smooth Card Stock. 
Como aún no tengo troqueles slimline, adapté el tamaño, imprimí y recorté con la silhouette cameo una de las imágenes incluidas en el set Spring Bouquet Slimline Digital Stamps de Joy Clair. Para mantener la paleta de color del moodboard, coloreé las flores en distintos tonos de azul con rotuladores Spectrum Noir. 
I used a beige grid die, without removing the padding from some cells, to stick it on the base of my card on White Smooth Card Stock
Since I don't have slimline dies yet, I resized, printed and cut out one of the images included in Joy Clair's Spring Bouquet Slimline Digital Stamps set with the silhouette cameo. To maintain the color palette of the moodboard, I colored the flowers in different shades of blue with Spectrum Noir markers.

Para terminar la tarjeta, pegué la imagen del Spring Bouquet con Crafty Foam Tape White al igual que el mensaje perteneciente a la colección Band Together Digital Set.
El último detalle ha sido añadir unas medias perlas y unos enamel dots azules por la superficie de la tarjeta.
To finish the card, I glued the image of the Spring Bouquet with Crafty Foam Tape White as well as the message belonging to the Band Together Digital Set collection.
The last detail has been to add some half pearls and blue enamel dots on the surface of the card.
